The album name was inspired by the last few years of my life. In 2014, I discovered the love of Jesus Christ. By his grace, I was granted a new heart. From that moment on, my foundation was built on Solid Ground. That is the grace and mercy and salvation that ONLY comes through Jesus Christ. I thank God for providing the gift of music to me.

I want to thank my wife, Ashley, for letting me play in the home studio all those nights. When I finish a song, I listen for a few minutes and name that song based on what comes to mind. Needless to say, Ashley came to mind a lot. I love you honey.
